Join my 15-5 strength and consistency building program!

Want to work out at home and need a program to follow with support included?

Presenting: 15-5.

A program that WILL increase your strength, confidence and consistency…in a way that is reflective of your busy life.

If you’re not a fan of home-based programming – you can take it to a gym!

If you need a community to build consistency- you’ll be added to our WhatsApp group- where I’ll post weekly focus points, ideas and tips as well as troubleshoot any symptoms, movement issues and modifications you might need, while getting to know other women trying to build strength and consistency into their life – for the Long Game.

Classes

Small group, resistance-based movement sessions, adapted to your needs.

*Functional Strength- (A new combo of Moms & Tots and Ladies Strength - all welcome!) Gain confidence with basic equipment and fundamental movement patterns while considering core and pelvic floor symptoms and your current daily activity. This is not HIIT style training but movements that mirror your daily life. My goal is that you feel BETTER as you leave my space.

Featuring a new open class time structure, so you can arrive when it best suits you, and I can work with you in a more individualized setting rather than a group exercise vibe!

Kiddos are always welcome.

*Moving Through Motherhood- Education paired with a strength workout. We talk and walk through all things Motherhood, with topics ranging from how to listen to your body, core and pelvic health symptoms and considerations, exercise in pregnancy and returning to movement postpartum. No topic is TMI, and movement is adapted to meet you where you’re at, be it pregnant, early postpartum or 6 months post-delivery. This is where we bust myths about working out in pregnancy/postpartum, answer all your questions and meet you where you’re at. Kiddos are always welcome.

Girls Who Run

Spring 2025

This 6 week girl + female parent/caregiver program is a favorite for building relationships alongside a program that covers learn to run, goal setting and resilience alongside ‘need to know’ info like staying hydrated, recovery, what to wear and more!

Girls Who Run registration includes a participant guide + workbook (pdf), an exclusive GWR tank top for girls and their adult participant AND entry to the Wildrose Women’s 5km race in Drumheller, AB on May 31st.

NEW! With generous grant funding from Grasslands FCSS, we are excited to offer a virtual option for this program. Participants will receive a workbook and weekly check ins/videos from our coaches to support you in building confidence in leadership & movement!

Girls Who Lead general info: Programming* for girls ages 6-8 and 9-12, developed to ‘Build Confidence in Leadership and Movement.’ *Girls Who Run has been developed for ALL ages of girls and their female parent/caregivers.

With an introduction to a variety of fundamental movement patterns and activities, Girls Who Lead participants have a chance to build self-confidence and leadership skills, alongside their peers and amongst peer mentors.

In the leadership portions of our program, participants discuss themes of goal setting, self awareness, body confidence, gratitude, communication and leadership, and build confidence and joy in movement through fun, age and ability appropriate sports/activities like: strength training, running, acro/gymnastics, obstacle courses and more!

Consultations

A chance to talk about YOU, 1-1.

Sometimes you don’t need a full program, but you do need guidance in order to continue the current exercise practice that you love, while keeping your long-term athleticism in view.

We cover a lot of ground in a 1-hour consult, including your exercise history, pregnancy/postpartum journey(s), your current physical and mental health, any core and pelvic health symptoms, short- and long-term goals and information/strategies you can take and use immediately.

Are you a healthcare practitioner that works with pregnant/postpartum women? Do you own a gym? Cafe? Maternity or children’s store? A coach or trainer looking to better serve your female clients?

I would love to come share information and answer questions about all things exercise in pregnancy, postpartum and beyond! Events are a mix of discussion, movement piece and lecture style - adapted to your needs and group!
